| 英文摘要 | 目的了解台湾地区高校护理本科课程体系,为大陆高等护理教育持续改进提供参考。方法采用内容分析法、文献研究法对台湾地区9所高校全日制护理本科课程体系进行分析。结果台湾地区高校护理本科课程体系结构分为公共通识课程、专业必修课和选修课程三类;公共通识课程丰富,医学基础课程精简,护理专业课程理论与实践结合紧密,选修课程呈现多样化。结论台湾地区高校护理本科课程体系设置较为符合社会及临床需求,值得借鉴。; Objective To understand curricula for undergraduate nursing education program in Taiwan and provide evidence for reform of nursing education in mainland China.Methods Content analysis and literature review were used to study curricula for fulltime undergraduate nursing education program in 9medical schools in Taiwan.Results The curricula were categorized into three parts:a variety of common general courses;professional required courses,in which basic medical courses are simplified and professional nursing courses are designed with a successful combination of theory and practice;and plentiful elective courses.Conclusion The design of undergraduate nursing curricula in Taiwan is more prone to meet the needs of the society and clinical practice.; 厦门大学医学院院长基金资助项目(XM2010036) |
