英文摘要	比利时高等职业教育由地方政府主管和投入资金办学,政策扶持力度大,资金来源充足。其高等职业教育制度独具特色:地方政府投资、个人和社会机构参与、高等职业教育院校和其他培训机构承担教育和培训任务。其高等职业教育政策包含资助、参与和实施等方面,并体现出政府主导、社会职业教育机构参与、职业教育和职业培训相结合、支持教学改革和新技术培训等特征。这些政策对我国高职教育政策的制定具有积极的借鉴意义。; Higher vocational education is governed and funded by local authorities in Belgium,which have made incentive policies to support colleges and provided them with adequate funding.The characteristics of its higher vocational education system include are as follows.Local government invests higher vocational education.Individuals and social sectors participate in the education.Colleges and other institutions undertake the education and training tasks.The policies involve funding,participation,and implementation.The policies encourage the local government to play a leading role in vocational education,encourage community institutions to participate in vocational education,integrate vocational education with vocational training,and promote teaching reform and training for new technologies.These policies provide us a reference in the development of vocational education policies in China.; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地(北京师范大学比较教育研究中心)重大项目“欧盟教育政策的历史变迁和发展走向”(12JJD880002);项目负责人:陈时见
