| 英文摘要 | 以环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙基缩水甘油醚为试剂，合成了壳聚糖氨基n上取代的2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、1-乙氧基-2-羟丙基壳聚糖（HE-CHITOSAn）。实验表明：这种壳聚糖衍生物在甲醇、乙二醇丙三醇中可以均匀溶解，在二甲亚砜、氯乙醇等多种有机溶剂中可部分溶解。并用红外光谱及核磁共振谱作了结构表征。; The chitosan derivatives were obtained by reaction of chitosan with 2,3-epoxy propyl trimethylammonium chloride and ethyl glycidyl ether.The results indidcated this chitosan derivatives were soluble in water absolute methanol ethyleneglycol and partly solube in polar solvents such as Formamide, dimethylsulFoxidell.The structures of the derivatives were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy.; 国家自然科学基金 |
