叶片山海绵的滤水率及其影响因素的研究; Influence Factors on the Filtration Rate of Red Sponge Mycale phyllophila

英文摘要叶片山海绵(MyCAlE PHyllOPHIlA)在福建近海分布广泛,生长迅速,活性物质含量丰富,是新近发现的具有开发潜力的一种重要海洋药源生物.为了大面积推广养殖,寻找最佳养殖条件,本研究设计了四因素三水平的正交试验,以叶片山海绵的滤水率为指标,研究了温度、盐度、流速、饵料密度对叶片山海绵滤水率的影响,结果显示饵料密度、温度和流速对叶片山海绵滤水率有显著影响,盐度的影响不显著.在温度20℃,盐度22,流速为0.156M/S,饵料密度为20x104Ml-1时叶片山海绵滤水率达到最高.海绵出现较高滤水率时,其所处的环境因子也就是较适宜的,此结果可应用于海绵的实验和生产养殖实践.; The red sponge Mycale phyllophila,widely distributed along the coast of Fujian province,has a high growth rate and abundant biomass.According to the recent study,this sponge has been regarded as the most important and potential sources of biomedical industry.Dynamic changes of the physiological state of sponges can be reflected by the scale and velocity of filtration,which is strongly influenced by environmental and biological factors.To determine how the filtration rate of M.phyllophila was influenced by environmental factors,an orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels was designed,using the technique of controlling certain water temperature,salinity,water velocity,and food density.The results showed that water temperature,velocity,and food density had significant effects on the filtration rate,while salinity affected the filtration rate insignificantly.The filtration rate of M.phyllophilareached its peak when water temperature was 20 ℃,velocity was 0.156m/s,salinity was 22,and food density was 20×104 mL-1.Therefore,sponges would be in their favorite external environments under the above growth conditions,which could be applied to further experiments and the production practice.; 环保部公益性行业科研专项(201309007); 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20133001); 厦门南方海洋研究中心项目(13GYY002NF07)
