英文摘要以正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在酸性条件下,制得无色透明SIO2溶胶,作为上下层;以表面疏水处理的SIO2粉体(r974)为中间层;制备“SIO2溶胶/r974/SIO2溶胶“三明治式涂层于玻璃基板表面;经氟硅烷修饰可得到透明耐磨超疏水薄膜.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及原子力显微镜(AfM)表征,膜层具有分层凹凸结构.所得膜层接触角大于150°,可见光透射比为85.6%,雾度小于2%.经耐磨性测试后,接触角为102.0°,可见光透射比为85.6%,雾度小于1.0%.考察了溶胶浓度、热处理温度和涂膜方式对膜层性能的影响.; Using transparent silica sols as underlying and covering layers,which were prepared by sol-gel method under an acidic condition with tetraethoxysilane as raw materials,and using silica powders(R974)as interlayer,which were hydrophobically pretreated on the particle surface,a transparent super-hydrophobic and abrasion resistant film was obtained with the sandwich type structure of "SiO2sol/R974/SiO2sol" on a glass substrate after the film was modified by fluorine silane.Using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and atomic force microscopy(AFM),the film was characterized by a layered concave-convex structure.The water contact angles were more than 150°,visible light transmittance were 85.6%,and the haze values were less than 2%.After sanding tests,the contact angle was reduced to 102.0°,visible light transmittance were 85.6%,and the haze values were less than 1.0% The influences of sol concentration,heat treatment and coating methods were studied.; 福建省科技重大项目(2013H6021)
