英文摘要以咖啡因为印迹分子、丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EgdMA)为交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈(AIbn)为引发剂,沉淀聚合法制备印迹聚合物微球.考察印迹分子、引发剂、单体和介质的配比及介质的种类的影响,并用扫描电镜和红外光谱表征聚合物结构.结果表明,n(咖啡因)∶n(AM)∶n(EgdMA)=1∶4∶20时,在乙腈介质中所制备的印迹聚合物微球的粒径较小、形态与吸附性能较好、最大表观结合量为34.407 1μMOl/g.; Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP)were prepared by precipitation polymerization and caffeine used as imprinted molecules,acrylamide(AM)used as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)used as crosslinker,and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)used as evocator.The effects of reaction conditions were studied,such as the best ratio of desired molecule,evocator,monomer and agent,and the kind of agent were examined then polymers were tested by IR spectrum and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that n(caffeine)∶n(AM)∶n(EGDMA)=1∶4∶20 with acetonitrile as solvent,grain size of microspheres was smaller,the shape and adsorption performance of microsphere were better,the maximum dissociation contents of MIP were34.41μmol/g.; 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2013J01051); 龙岩学院“百名青年教师攀登项目”(LQ2013020)
