英文摘要[中文文摘]采用微波辅助合成2高温热处理制备了铈掺杂铽铝石榴石(Tb3Al5O12∶Ce3+,简称TAG∶Ce)发光粉。用 XRD、SEM、激发和发射光谱等对粉末的晶型、形貌以及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明,发光粉晶粒清晰、表 面光滑,粒径在2μm以下。TAG∶Ce的激发光谱主激发峰在467 nm, 330 nm左右存在次激发峰, 375 nm附近 存在两个强度较弱的峰;发射光谱峰值波长为550 nm,与传统固相法制备的TAG∶Ce基本一致。与传统高温 固相反应法相比,此方法具有高效、节能、环保等优点。通过分析反应历程,证明了Tb2O3-Al2O3 系统中Al离 子的分扩散系数大于Tb离子的。 [英文文摘]Microwave assisted synthesis together with heat-treatment at a high temperature were employed to prepare the phosphor of terbium-aluminium garnet doped by Ce3+(TAG:Ce).The crystal form,particle topography and the photoluminescence properties of the powder were characterized by XRD,SEM and fluorescence spectrophotometer.SEM results show that the particles of the prepared samples are clear and smooth.Most particles have the size of less than 2 μm.The powder has slightly agglomeration.The excitation spectrum consists of two peakswith the highest intensity at 467 nm and the second at 330 nm, respectively, all corre2 sponding to Ce3+ 4f-5d absorption.The third peak is at 375 nm, which corresponds to 7 F6 →5D3 absorption of Tb3 + . Ce3+5d-4f transition is also observed clearly,the highest emission peak is at 550 nm.The reaction pathway has been analyzed,implying that the tracer diffusion coefficient of aluminum is bigger than that of terbium in Tb2O3-Al2O3 system.Compared with the traditional high-temperature solid-state synthesis, this route employed in this investigation has the advantages of easier synthesizing, energy saving and environmental protecting.; 福建省科技重大专题资助项目(2005HZ02)
