中文摘要	通过走访、调研、座谈、观察和实验研究得出：提高田径训练课的实效性、培养出优秀运动员并在国内外取得优异成绩，对提高集美大学在国内外的知名度和实际地位有重要意义。集大体院运动系田径教研室的师资水平及训练理论与实践能力方面具备提高田径训练课的实效性和培养出优秀运动员的条件；在场地、设备、部分项目生源方面，基本能保证提高田径训练课实效性的需要；在教育计划、课程设置、生源引进、生活管理等方面需要进行系统性的改革。; Through visiting, investigation, interview, observation and research, the author concluded that the improvement of track and field effectiveness the cultivation of elite athlete and their excellent performance will improve its reputation and status of Jimei University at home and abroad. By analyzing the present situation of track and field trainning in P. E.
