中文摘要	从福建省厦门西海域某渔排养殖大黄鱼(Pseudosciaenacrocea)患皮肤溃烂病的肝脏、肌肉分离到2株优势菌。人工感染试验证实其中1株为致病菌。该菌的主要生理生化特性为革兰氏阴性,短杆状,极生单鞭毛,发酵葡萄糖,氧化酶阳性,赖氨酸脱羧酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶阳性,精氨酸脱羧酶、水杨素、枸橼酸盐阴性,不产生H2S,利用葡萄糖、甘露醇产酸,对O/129(10μg)不敏感。在含0%,10%NaCl的普通培养基上不生长;在含2%,4%,6%,8%NaCl的普通培养基中生长;在温度30,35,40℃下生长良好,但4℃不生长。初步鉴定该病原菌为副溶血弧菌(Vibrioparahaemolyticus)。药敏试验表明,该菌对卡那霉素、复方新诺明、链霉素等10种药物敏感,对青霉素G、氨苄青霉素、利福平等6种药物不敏感。; Two strains of bacteria were isolated from the liver and muscle of Large Yellow Croaker Pseudosciaena crocea cultured in a fishing rowin the sea area of Xiamen,Fujian Province,which suffered from“skin ulcer”disease.It proved that one of the two isolated bacteria was pathogenic to healthy Large YellowCroaker by artificial infection test.The main characteristics of the pathogenic isolated organism were Gram negative,short rod,pole growing flagellum,oxidase positive,and glucose fermented;lysine decarboxylase and ornithine decarboxylase were positive,arginine decarboxylase,salicin and citrate were negative,no H 2 S,insensitive to O/129(10μg)produad by glucose and mannite.The bacteria grew on the mediums which contain2%,4%,6%or8%NaCl but on0%or10%.They grew better at the temperature of30℃,35℃,40℃,but at4℃.The test results of physiological and biochemical characteristics showed that the isolated bacterium was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The drug sensitive test showed that the isolated strain was sensitive to kanamycin,Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole,streptomycin etc.but resistant to penicillin G,and Ampicillin rifampin etc.; 【作者单位】集美大学水产学院；集美大学水产学院福建厦门361021；福建厦门361021；福建厦门361021；【作者英文名】JI Rong-xing,ZOUWen-zheng,LI Yin-long (Fisheries College of Jimei University,Xiamen361021,China)
