中文摘要传统的波形钢腹板组合箱梁多采用开孔钢板连接件,其存在下翼缘混凝土板需要支模且浇筑困难,正弯矩区下翼缘混凝土板容易开裂等问题。基于此,提出了将钢梁下翼缘置于混凝土底板下侧以及用钢板代替混凝土受拉底板两种改进构造形式,并完成了4个波形钢腹板组合箱梁试件的静力试验,研究其承载能力、刚度、裂缝发展、应变分布等受力特征。试验结果表明,钢梁下翼缘置于混凝土底板下侧的试件,其抗裂性能、承载力和刚度均明显高于传统构造的试件;对于取消混凝土下翼缘及预应力的试件,其仍具有足够的承载力和刚度,但自质量显著降低且可避免开裂,应用于桥梁正弯矩区具有较大优势。经济指标对比分析表明,在连续组合箱梁桥中采用文中提出的改进构造形式,能够产生良好的经济技术效益。; Application of traditional corrugated web composite box girder with perfobond rib connectors is restricted by the difficulty in casting bottom flange concrete and the low crack resistance under positive moment.To solve these problems,two improved types of composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs were proposed.The first type uses the bottom steel flange to encase the bottom concrete plate,and the second type substitutes the bottom concrete flange with pure steel flange.Loading tests on four specimens were conducted for a comprehensive study on the bearing capacity,structural stiffness,crack growth,strain distribution.Test results show that the specimen with concrete encased in the bottom steel flange has higher bearing capacity,structural stiffness and crack resistance than the traditional ones.The specimen with pure steel bottom flange shows lower self weight,adequate bearing capacity and structural stiffness,which is suitable for beams under positive bending moment.Comparison study on the economic and technical index shows that application of the two improved types of composite girders with corrugated steel webs will generate good benefits in continuous composite bridges.
