中文摘要	本文主要讨论了海湾桥梁桥墩的维护成本优化的方法。文章首先从桥墩劣化原因出发,考虑到资金的时间价值,根据极限状态方程的变化,建立了维护维修措施评价体系和方法。即:通过混凝土构件的失效判断,选取可供选择的维护措施,然后通过建立模型,求解各种措施的最佳的组合方式(在保证失效概率小于给定极限概率条件下求解NPV(Net Present Value)的最小值)。; Referring to the main thread of LCCA(Life Cycle Cost Analysis), it is stated in detail of methods of cost optimization of maintenance and repair measures for bridge piers at bays, taking the time value of cost into consideration. From the reasons of degradation for bridges, according to the transformations of the equations in limit condition by time, a system and related methods of maintenance and repair measures for cost evaluation and optimization, which is, with the judgments of failure for RC members and predictions of life cycle, along with the choice of different kinds of measures in addition, to find the best combination of any measures via modeling, aiming at the minimum value of NPV, abbreviation for net present value, when the possibility of failure is under the given critical value, has been established.
