中文摘要为研究初始负载对焊接加固后钢柱的受力特性的影响,进行了加固钢柱的轴压静力试验,试验包括3个不同初始负载下焊接加固的钢柱和1个作对比的未加固钢柱。被加固钢柱均为工字形双轴对称截面,加固方式为翼缘外侧对称贴焊钢板全长加固。钢柱端部约束采用单刀铰支座实现钢柱绕弱轴的转动。研究了负载下加固前后轴心受压钢柱的腹板的应变分布变化、加固焊接引发的变形、失稳破坏形式和稳定承载力,并对试验结果和规范计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:焊接加固过程使得冷却后钢柱腹板的应变增大,截面发生应力重分布。试验中最大初始负载相当于未加固钢柱稳定承载力的71.7%,而加固后钢柱稳定承载力没有明显降低。钢柱加固后的稳定承载力和残余变形受初始负载和初始几何缺陷的影响。; The axial compressive static test of the strengthened steel columns were studied to investigate the influence of initial load on mechanical characteristics of steel columns after weld strengthening process. The experiment included three columns strengthened by welding under different initial loads and one steel column without strengthening for comparison. The sections of the specimens were I section and doubly symmetric. The strengthening type of steel columns were welding the steel plates symmetric at the end of two flanges to connect the steel plates and the columns and the welding is along the whole length of column. The constraint of steel column end used single hinge support to achieve the rotation around the weak axis. The strain distribution on web of steel column before and after strengthening,buckling modes, deformation caused by strengthening weld and stability bearing capacity were discussed. In addition,the test results were compared with the theoretical results calculated by codes. The test results show the strain of web is increased after steel columns is cooled and the strain-stress redistribution occurs because of welding process. The biggest preload in test is equivalent to 71. 7% of the stability bearing capacity of the unstrengthened columns, and the stability bearing capacity of steel column does not decrease obviously after strengthening. The stability bearing capacity and residual deformation after strengthening are affected by initial load and initial geometric imperfection.
