| 中文摘要 | 传统的交通规划以确定性假设和决策准则为依据,导致规划方案存在不合理因素。在不确定性理论的基本前提下,以双层优化模型为基础,以建立不确定性交通网络设计理论为研究目标,系统综述了在供给需求不确定、决策者和用户风险态度以及时间维度方面的拓展。最后,给出了不确定网络设计模型的一般框架。; Traditional planning is made based on the deterministic assumptions and decision criteria which is not reasonable. This study aims to build uncertain transport network design method with uncertainty theory and framework of bi-level network optimization. The paper reviews the extensions of supply and demand uncertainty,traveler's risk attitudes,government's risk attitudes and time dimension. Finally,the general framework of network design under uncertainty is given. |
