中文摘要	通过对传统轻质泡沫混凝土配制工艺的改进,实现了发泡剂和胶结料的同掺同搅,大大简化了泡沫混凝土的制作工艺。在此工艺基础上,针对水胶比、发泡剂掺量及搅拌时间等可能影响泡沫混凝土表观密度的因素设计三因素四水平正交试验,并对试验结果进行线性回归分析。试验结果表明:尽管3个因素对泡沫混凝土的表观密度具有显著影响,但以搅拌时间的影响最为显著。; This paper focuses on improving the traditional preparation process of lightweight foam concrete.Through experimental study the production technology of mixing and stirring the foam and the cementitious material at the same time was studied and greatly simplified.On the basis of the technology,an orthogonal experiment(L16(4)~3)was applied to optimize the best combination,to determine the influence of various factors.The water/cement ratio,dosage of foam,mixing time are the main factors to influence the results.The linear regression analysis of test results is performed.It was determined that the three factors on the apparent density of the foam concrete has significant influence, of which the most obvious effect is mixing time.
