中文摘要堆石混凝土(rock-filled concrete,RFC)的性能很大程度上受到其浇筑过程中所使用的自密实混凝土(self-compacting concrete,SCC)的流动性能和填充能力的影响。该文采用大粒径玻璃球模拟实际石块,设计了L型有机玻璃箱进行RFC的模拟浇筑实验。分别采用流动性不足、流动性适中以及流动性较大三种不同流动性能的SCC进行浇筑实验,并分别对其填充性能和骨料含量稳定性进行对比分析。研究结果表明:SCC的填充性能随着其流动性能的增加而增加;流动性不足以及适中的SCC的骨料含量稳定性较高,流动性较大的SCC的骨料含量稳定性较低;在RFC施工条件不好时,可以通过适当增加SCC的流动性,牺牲一定的骨料均匀性来保证填充密实。; The properties of rock-filled concrete(RFC) mainly depend on the flow and filling ability of the self-compacting concrete(SCC)used in the pouring process.This study uses glass balls to simulate the rocks with the concrete poured into an acrylic L-box.Three kinds of SCC were tested with different flowabilities to compare the filling ability and stability of the aggregate uniformity.The results show that the SCC filling ability increases as the flowability improves, and the SCC with poor and moderate flowabilities has very uniform aggregate distributions,while the SCC with high flowability has a highly nonuniform aggregate distribution.Thus,for difficult construction conditions,the concrete compaction can be ensured by using SCC with high flowability,even though the aggregate distribution will be less uniform.
