| 中文摘要 | 随着中国进入以转型升级带动经济持续发展的阶段,多数城市和地区都将发展高新技术产业、战略性新兴产业等作为构建NVC、实现产业升级和沿GVC逆向攀登的切入点。本文通过理论推导发现,当产业仍处于GVC中低端时,构建相关NVC可能出现高技术行业升级对低技术行业升级"挤出"大于"互补"的联动效应,从而抑制本地相应生产性服务业的发展。对此,本文构建了Verdoorn弹性系数指标并以深圳的产业升级为例验证了上述假说,最后提出了相关建议。; With China's entering the stage of transformation and upgrading to stimulate sustainable economic development,most cities and regions will develop high-tech industries and other strategic emerging industries as their way to built NVC,carry out industrial upgrading and climb to the top of GVC.Through the theoretical derivation,this paper finds that the industrial linkage between high-tech and low-tech industry will be crowding-out effect rather than the complementary effect in the process of industrial upgrading,which will restrain the development of some local producer services.In order to verify this inference,this paper builds Verdoorn elasticity coefficient to analysis the industrial upgrading in Shenzhen,and made some relevant recommendations. |
