中文摘要	从源头上对科技型中小企业的概念进行了界定,结合现有研究与政策法规总结出一套可量化的定义指标。从企业生命周期的视角对科技型中小企业的发展规律进行了解构,发现不同阶段的发展需求以及面临的主要风险。在此基础上,对我国政府针对科技型中小企业的支持政策进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。; Regarding the recent rapid growth in the study on technology-based SMEs,this paper goes back to the origin and defines the concept of technology-based SMEs,and summarizes a set of quantifiable indicators based on the existing researches and policies.Meanwhile,it also deconstructs the development pattern of technology-based SMEs from the perspective of firm's life cycle,and discovers different growth requirements and major risks firms are facing in different stages.Based on these findings,it raises certain policy recommendations.
