中文摘要	随着英国首相卡梅伦第二次访华成行,中英关系再度步入正轨。当今英国越来越重视发展对华关系,对中国崛起持积极态度,对华关系更着眼于经贸关系,注重互补性利益的互动,注重结合中国最新改革和未来变化。英国这一系列对华政策的背后是英国外交战略的调整,而要探究英国外交战略调整的原因需要考察历史和政治传统、国际格局和国内外形势变化、内政和政党政治等因素。今后十年,中英关系将继续向前发展,但也不能忽视干扰两国关系的偶发因素。; Along with British Prime Minister Cameron's second visit to China,the Sino-British relations have returned to normal track again.At present,Britain has attached more importance to developing relations with China and held a positive attitude toward Chinese rise.It focuses its relations with China on economic and trade areas,gives priority to activities of complementary interests,and pays attention to China's latest reform and future changes All this has illustrated Britain's adjustments to its foreign strategy.Exploring the reasons behind this needs an investigation of the history,political traditions,the international pattern,changes at home and abroad,domestic affairs and political parties.In the next ten years,the Sino-UK relations will continue to move forward.Yet we can not ignore accidental factors that may obstruct the relations between the two countries.
