Annotation can clarify westerners' misinterpretations and promote the international spread of the Chinese cuisine culture.When making annotations from the perspective of acceptance theory,translators should consider translation standpoints,content focuses,precautions and requirements in order to build a better platform between Chinese and western cultures.
