中文摘要	目的:通过分析乳房Paget病患者临床资料,探讨乳房Paget病的临床特点、诊断治疗方法及疾病演变情况。方法:对2001年1月~2013年1月在中日友好医院诊治的20例乳房Paget病患者的临床特点、治疗及预后进行总结分析。结果:中老年患者发生于单侧乳房的反复发作、按湿疹治疗无效、经久不愈,周边境界清晰可辨,常伴剧烈瘙痒感的湿疹样红斑,均应考虑乳房Paget病可能,需行病理活检。若确诊该病,应积极手术切除。20例乳房Paget病患者均切除了病变乳房,依据术中冰冻病理情况,浸润性癌行患侧乳癌改良根治手术,术后均给予化疗及内分泌治疗。平均6年随访(1~11年),随访期间无失访,复发1例,无转移,死于其他疾病2例。结论:乳房Paget病发展缓慢,恶性程度相对较低,预后相对良好。; Objective:On the basis of medical data on patients with Paget's disease of the breast,we summarized the diagnosis,and treatment,and the prognosis of Paget's disease of the breast.Methods:The medical data of 20 cases with Paget's disease of the breast treated in China-Japan Friendship Hospital between Jan.2001 and Jan.2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Elderly patients with recurrent lesion of nipple and areola complex in one breast treated invalidly as eczema which with a clearly distinguishable boundaries and often associated with severe itching eczematoid erythema should be considered the possibility of Paget's disease of the breast.They deserved advanced investigation including pathological biopsy.If the diagnosis was confirmed,patients should be treated actively with surgery.All 20 patients underwent mastectomy.Patients underwent modified radical operation according to the result of intraoperative frozen pathology which indicated an invasive carcinoma.All patients underwent chemotherapy and endocrine therapy.All patients had been followed after surgery for 1-11 years(mean 6 years).One patient had local recurrence,2 patient died of other diseases,no patients had metastasis.Conclusion:Paget's disease of the breast is a slowly progressive,and relatively low grade malignant disease with a benign prognosis.
