| 中文摘要 | 为防止结露腐蚀粘污,一般排烟温度均要求高于烟气酸露点,为了进一步提高能源利用率,希望进一步降低排烟温度,这就要求烟气酸露点的确定更加精确。目前国内外酸露点的计算结果普遍偏高。分析了影响烟气酸露点的因素,通过自己设计的烟气酸露点测量装置,开发的利用饱和NaHSO3溶液吸收SO3的测量方法,对实际运行锅炉进行测试,提出了考虑烟气中SO3的浓度的酸露点关联式。; In order to avoid the fouling and corrosion of heating surface,the exhaust flue gas temperature is controlled higher than its acid dew point.Recently,the exhaust flue gas temperature is expected to decrease to increase the energy efficiency,which requires the acid dew point should be predicted more accurately.However,the prediction results with the current semi-empirical correlation formulas are higher.Thus,the effect factors on flue gas acid dew point are analyzed,and the measurements are conducted in a real boiler with the flue gas acid dew point meter developed by Tsinghua University.In the same time,SO3 concentration is also measured with a new method based on SO3 can be absorbed by saturated NaHSO3.According to the measurement results,a corrected correlation formula of flue gas acid dew point is suggested,which considers the function of SO3 concentration as well as H2 O concentration. |
