中文摘要充气结构是广泛应用于航空航天领域的轻型结构.充气柱作为充气结构的一种基本形式,对其压缩性能展开研究是了解充气结构力学性能的基本途径.压缩刚度作为充气柱压缩性能的基本指标,受多种因素影响,如下压量、充气柱尺寸、材料参数等.常规的单纯基于理论推导、模拟、实验的研究均存在不足.本文结合理论推导、非线性流固耦合模拟及实验手段,克服3种方法的不足,综合其优点,最终得到了充气柱压缩刚度的显式经验表达式,定量表征压缩刚度和其影响因素之间的关系.结果表明充气柱压缩刚度与各因素间存在较复杂的非线性关系.该经验表达式为研究充气柱结构压缩性能提供了参考.; Inflatable structure is widely used aerospace engineering. A basic way to understand their mechanical properties is to study the compression performance of inflatable tube which is a typical form of inflatable structures. Compression stiffness,as an important indicator of the compression performance of inflatable tube structures,is affected by many factors,such as the inner pressure,sizes of inflatable tube structures,material parameters,et al. Conventional studies that are purely based on analysis,simulation and experiment have many shortcomings. In this paper,theoretical derivation,fluid-structure interaction nonlinear analysis and experimental study were combined to offset the deficiencies of each methods. The explicit empirical formula of the compression stiffness of inflatable tube structures was derived to express the nonlinear relationship between the compression stiffness and its factors. The empirical formula provides a reference for future studies of compression performance of inflatable tube structures.
