中文摘要针对柠檬酸废水(二级出水)高硬度、难降解的特点,采用Fenton法进行深度处理,实现对废水COD、硬度、残留铁离子的同步去除。在氧化阶段,利用H2O2在酸性环境下产生的羟基自由基对有机物进行氧化降解,在絮凝沉淀阶段通过投加Na2CO3对硬度和总铁进行去除,试验表明:Fenton法能实现对废水COD、硬度、残留铁离子的同步去除。单因素对比试验结果表明,pH值、H2O2投加量、FeSO4投加量、反应时间分别为3.5、1.0 mL/L、350 mg/L、120 min是Fenton氧化阶段的最佳运行条件,在此条件下,Fenton反应对COD去除率超过80%;混凝沉淀阶段,Na2CO3投加量为1.8 g/L的条件下,硬度去除率约为62.5%,总铁去除接近100%。; According to the characteristics of citric acid wastewater(secondary effluent) which is hard to be biologically degraded and high hardness,Fenton process was used as the advanced treatment method to remove COD,hardness and total iron synchronously.In Fenton oxidation phase,organic matter was removed by hydroxyl radical,and then in coagulation precipitation phase,hardness and total iron were removed by Na2CO3.Based on the experimental results,Fenton process was proved to be a good method for treatment with high hardness wastewater.The optimal conditions for Fenton oxidation and coagulating sedimentation were explored by means of single-factor experiments.Operating at pH of 3.5,30% H2O2 dosage of 1.0 mL /L,FeSO4 dosage of 350 mg /L,reaction time of 120 min,about 80% of COD was removed in oxidation phase,while Na2CO3 dosage was 1.8 g /L,almost 62.5% of hardness was removed,with the removal rate of total iron approaching 100% meanwhile.
