中文摘要研究了异养小球藻半连续发酵工艺,并对各个生长阶段的细胞数变化、干重变化、单位时间干重变化做了对比。结论:采用半连续发酵工艺培养异养小球藻时,平均干重增加速率为8.395g/(L·d),与传统发酵工艺相比,提高22.38%;平均发酵周期仅216h,与传统发酵工艺相比,发酵周期缩短30.32%;发酵110h后,藻细胞干重质量浓度均能达到100g/L以上,且油脂含量与传统发酵工艺相差不大。采用半连续发酵工艺,可以提高异养小球藻的整体发酵效率,有利于规模化应用。; The semi-continuous fermentation process of the heterotrophic Chlorella was studied, and the changes of cell number, dry weight production, and dry weight productivity for each growth stage were investigated. Results:using the semi-continuous fermentation process to cultivate the heterotrophic Chlorella, the average daily dry weight production and fermentation time was 8.395g/(Lod) and 216 h, which was 22.38% higher and 30.32% shorter than that of the traditional fermentation process, respectively. In semi-continuous fermentation process, the dry weight could achieve more than 100g/L after 110 h, and the oil content was similar to that obtained by the traditional fermentation process. Semi-continuous fermentation could improve the fermentation efficiency of heterotrophic Chlorella, and is more conducive to the application on industrial scale.
