中文摘要风力机叶片的结构设计是计算和试验反复验证的过程,计算为试验提供理论基础,试验为计算提供模型参数。为了更好地匹配两者关系,加快合理结构特性叶片的设计过程,提出一种多点加载的夹芯复合材料叶片结构特性测试方法,以获得叶片各截面的结构性能参数,为有限元建模提供准确的参数,同时试验数据可以评定离网型风力机叶片强度,并能利用截面EIj/YAj和Mj/ε曲线分布快速检验风轮叶片结构设计的合理性。以某离网型600W风力机夹芯复合材料叶片进行多点加载测试和有限元模拟,结果证明:试验数据可快速判断叶片的强度要求、危险截面的分布、结构性能的合理性;基于试验参数的夹芯复合材料叶片有限元数值计算结果与试验数据一致,此外,该准确的有限元模型可计算出风机叶片在不同工况下、任意截面处的结构性能参数,提高了计算分析效率。; Structural design of wind turbine blade is a repeated verification process of calculation and test. The calculation provides theoretical foundation for the test and the test provides parameters for the calculation. In order to match the relationship more validly and to speed up the design process of a blade with reasonable structure characteristics,a new multipoint loading measurement methodology of the blade is presented for the measurement of structural characteristics of each section of the blade,providing accurate parameters for the FE modeling,and the strength evaluation of the stand-alone blade,and quick-testing of the reasonableness of the design using the distribution of EIj /YAj and Mj /ε. The sandwich composite blade of 600W stand-alone wind turbine is selected for multipoint loading test and FE analysis. As a result,with the test data,it can be quickly judged the reasonableness of the strength requirements of the blade,the dangerous section of the distribution and structure reasonableness,and the FE modeling results of the blade based on the test parameters match the experimental data validly. In addition,the structural performance parameters can be calculated in different conditions in any section using the accurate FE modeling,and the efficiency of calculation and analysis is improved.
