中文摘要	目的:调查分析湖北省三级医疗机构医务人员对抗菌药合理使用的认知现状,为强化抗菌药的临床应用管理提供参考。方法:通过对湖北省三级医疗机构医务人员进行问卷调查,从医务人员对抗菌药合理使用的相关认知和用药意向等角度进行统计分析。结果:调查对象普遍认为抗菌药滥用程度非常严重,比例高达97.5%,主要原因是医务人员缺乏合理用药的理念(59.17%)、民众对滥用抗菌药危害程度认识不深(48.75%)和医药利益关系(43.33%);96%以上的调查对象认为必须在确定有适应证的情况下使用抗菌药;医生按权限使用不同级别的抗菌药被认为对促进抗菌药合理使用作用最大,比例为70.83%,临床药师应加入抗菌药管理团队。结论:总体上,三级医疗机构医务人员对抗菌药合理使用的认知现状水平较高。有必要继续加强抗菌药的专项整治和综合管理,严格限制医生不同级别抗菌药使用权限,充分发挥临床药师对合理用药的积极作用,增强民众合理使用抗菌药的意识,对医务人员持续进行抗菌药合理使用的培训教育。; Objective: To investigate the staff's cognizance of antibiotics in tertiary medical institutions of Hubei province,so as to provide a reference for the clinical use and management of antibiotics. Methods: Implementing a questionnaire survey among tertiary medical institutions of Hubei province,to analyze staff's cognizance of antibiotics abuse,as well as their concept and usage habits of antibiotics use and so on. Results: It was widely believed that antibiotics abuse was very serious,the percentage was high up 97. 5%,mainly resulting from staff's lack of rational use concept( 59. 17%),the public's low cognition of the harm of antibiotics abuse( 48. 75%),and medical interest relationship( 43. 33%). Over 96% staff thinks antibiotics only can be used when indications were certain. Using antibiotics of different levels according to doctors' permission was considered to be the most important role in promoting the rational use of antibiotics,the percentage was 70. 83%. Clinical pharmacists should attend in managing antibiotics. Conclusion: Overall,medical staff have a higher level on cognizance of antibiotics in tertiary medical institutions. It should be continued to strengthen the rectification of antibiotics and general management. Medical institutions should consider their own circumstances on antibiotics classification and ensure clinical pharmacists' positive effect on rational drug use. It's also necessary to enhance the public's consciousness of antibiotics,and conduct training activities on rational use of antibiotics among medical staff.
