中文摘要	近年来,反对"三股势力"的斗争形势严峻,从深层次原因来看,这是因为"三股势力"弱化了部分人群对统一多民族国家的国家认同。可见,实现新疆社会稳定和长治久安的根本思路,就是要坚持"一体多元",强化统一的制度体系、夯实共同的沟通语言、促进充分的社会交往,从而不断增强国家认同;主要包括:制度认同、社会认同和文化认同。具体而言,一是以平等尊重为核心,推进依法治疆,构建法律共同体,促进制度认同;二是以共同富裕为基本方向,推进经济社会发展,实现发展改革成果由各族人民共享,构建繁荣共同体,促进社会认同;三是以现代文化为引领,推进各族人民交往交流交融,构建开放包容的文化共同体,促进文化认同。; These years, the struggle against "Three Terrorist forces" has been becoming more severe. Judging from the reason behind that at deeper level, it is because "Three Terrorist forces" and dependent community are lack of national identification for Chinese unified multiple-national country. Then, the fundamental thought for Xinjiang's long-term stability and peace is to adhere to the basic state policy "one entity with multielement", intensify unified system, consolidate language for communication in common and promote full social contact so as to strengthen national identification, including system identification, society identification and cultural identification. To specify, firstly, with equality and respect as a core,Xinjiang control on law is to be promoted and policy properly modulated to turn mosaic national unity into melting-pot society,construct law community and promote system identification; second, with common prosperity as a basic direction, economic and social progress is to be boosted to have reform result shared by people in different ethnic groups, construct prosperity community and promote social identification; third, with modern culture as a guide, exchange and contact among ethnic groups promoted to construct open inclusive cultural community and boost cultural identification.
