中文摘要通过水热法制备出不同掺杂量草酸高铁(Fe(C2O4)3·5H2O)和硫酸钙(CaSO4)盐复合掺杂的二氧化钛薄膜,以X射线衍射(XRD)及光电性能测试系统对其进行了测试表征,研究了Fe和Ca掺杂对TiO2染料敏感化太阳能电池的光电性能影响。莫特-肖特基曲线显示掺杂Fe3+和Ca2+离子后二氧化钛平带电位发生正移。其中摩尔分数1.0%的铁和钙复合掺杂TiO2薄膜电极的掺杂效果最佳,其光电转换效率为6.07%。; (Fe(C2O4)3�H2O)and(CaSO4)co-doped TiO2electrodes were prepared under well-optimized conditions by the hydrothermal method.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and optical performance testing data were used to study the effect of Fe and Ca co-doping TiO2on optical and electrical properties of dye sensitized solar cell.Mott Schottky curve shows the flat band potential of TiO2shifts positively after co-doping.The photoelectric conversion efficiency of cells reaches 6.07% when the Fe and Ca co-doped content is 1.0%.
