中文摘要 | 为增加涤纶单丝的细胞相容性,满足其作为植入性人造头发的需要,用液相原位聚合法制备了聚吡咯/涤纶单丝,并对其生物稳定性、热稳定性及耐磨性进行测试。结果表明,PPy/PET单丝在木瓜蛋白酶溶液中的稳定性较好,温度升高能加速降解反应;随着处理时间的延长,N元素的含量呈下降趋势;表面PPy脱落及结构变化使得单丝的断裂强度和断裂伸长率随时间都呈下降趋势;PPy的加入提高了其热稳定性,经碱处理后的PPy/PET单丝具有更好的耐摩擦性能。; In order to enhance polyester monofilament cytocompatibility and to meet the need of artificial hair implantation,PPy /PET monofilaments were prepared by liquid in-situ polymerization.The biostability,thermostability and wearability were tested.The results showed that PPy /PET filaments had better stability in the papain solution and the rise of temperature could accelerate the degradation.The content of N elements,tensile strength and breaking elongation decreased with the increase of degradation period caused by PPy spalling and surface structure change.The addition of PPy improved thermostability of PET,and the PPy /PET monofilaments subjected to alkali treatment had better wearability. |
