中文摘要	国家因享有主权而地位平等是和平共处五项原则的现实基础。虽然60年来国际关系的社会化取得长足进展,但国家主权没有发生任何动摇。国际条约与国际组织对国家的约束都以主权国家的同意为条件,因而不是对国家主权的限制。不以国家同意为前提的限制可以看做是国际关系社会化走向更高形式的探索,但必须满足合法性的要求。在国家主权平等依然是国际社会的基本现实的情况下,和平共处五项原则依然是规范国际关系的基本原则。; The realistic basis of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence is equal status among all sovereign states.Although the socialization of international relations has been strengthened in the past 6 decades,sovereignty of states always remains unshakable. All the constraints from International treaties and international organizations are on the condition of sovereignty states' consent,so they are by no means the limits to sovereignty. Constraints without states' consent may be regarded as a higher form of socialization of international relations only on the precondition of legitimacy. In the status quo where equality of states sovereignty is crucial,the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence should continue to be held as basic principles of international relations.
