中文摘要 | 行波相比于工频信号而言,具有不受系统振荡、过渡电阻、CT饱和、中性点运行方式等影响,在故障检测领域优势显著。但行波信号采样率往往达到工频信号采样率的500~1000倍左右,采样值直接应用于基于IEC61850协议的智能变电站过程层网络通信,不仅无法实现保护控制性能的提高,反而会引起通信阻塞。针对该问题,论文从行波信号故障特征有效表达的角度出发,提出了多间隔行波信息共享对过程层网络传输的通信要求,并结合行波选线在配电变电站中的应用需求,理论分析并仿真检验了数据通信实时性约束下行波暂态信号共享可用的最高频带,提出了两种不同的数据预处理及通信解决方案。研究成果有利于促进暂态行波技术在智能变电站中的推广应用。; Compared to the frequency wave signals,the traveling wave can not be influenced by system oscillation,transition resistance,CT saturation and the neutral point operation mode,especially in the field of fault detection,and protection technology. However,traveling wave signal sampling tends to reach a rate of 500 to 1000 times the sampling rate of frequency signal. For digital substation based on the process level network communication,if using the entire transient traveling wave sampled data,the protection and control system performance can not be improved and even the communication network will lead to a blocking traffic which affects the safety of the entire substation.To solve this problem,this paper proceeding from the effective expression of traveling wave signal,puts forward to the process level network communication requirements on traveling wave,and combines with the requirements of traveling wave line selection in distribution substation,simulates and tests maximum wave band of traveling transient signal under the constraint of real-time data communication. This paper presents two different data processing and communication solutions. This paper promotes the traveling wave popularization and application in digital substation technology. |
