中文摘要矩阵变换器已广泛应用于中低压系统中,但在高压领域,矩阵变换器的使用受到了开关器件电压等级的限制。将矩阵变换器与多电平拓扑相结合,有望成为解决这一难点的重要手段。文中论述了多电平矩阵变换器的结构特点,重点研究了采用悬浮电容钳位实现多电平矩阵变换器的可行性以及悬浮电容电压控制策略,提出了完整的输出电压与输入电流的状态空间矢量调制策略。最后,通过仿真与样机实验论证了控制算法的可行性、可靠性和有效性。; Widely used in low-voltage and medium-voltage systems,the matrix converter is restricted in its application in the high-voltage area by the device voltage level.The integration of multi-level topology and matrix converter is expected to become an important means of solving this difficulty.This paper describes the topology characteristics of the multi-level matrix converter,then focuses on the feasibility of the flying-capacitor clamped multi-level matrix converter and the capacitor voltage control strategy.A complete state-space vector modulation strategy for output voltage and input current is proposed.Finally, the simulation and experiment prototype results demonstrate the feasibility,the reliability and the validity of the control methods.
