中文摘要	大数据时代的到来,个人数据收集、处理和使用产生的隐私问题日益凸显。隐私顾虑直接影响到个人数据分享意愿,从而影响数据来源,制约大数据产业和技术发展,需要深入研究。通过509份调查问卷统计和20个样本的深度访谈,总结出国人隐私顾虑的3个维度,归纳为收集方信用、本人知情、事后救济。建议加强隐私意识教育,建立举报机制,完善相关的法律法规。; With the arrival of the era of big data,privacy issues caused by personal data collection,processing and using become increasingly prominent. Concern for privacy,which needs further study,affects the willingness to share personal data directly,thus affecting the sources of data and restricting the development of big data industry and technology. Through the statistics of509 questionnaires and in-depth interviews of 20 samples,this paper summarizes 3 dimensions of concern for privacy in China,namely,collector credit,informed and relief afterwards. The paper proposes to strengthen the education of privacy awareness,establish reporting mechanism and improve relevant laws and regulations.
