中文摘要大型发电机的转子绕组故障是比较常见的,而对转子绕组的检查特别是对绕组匝间短路的检测和判断方法虽然比较多,但大都不是很灵敏,在故障发生的初期很难判断出来。本文介绍了判断匝间短路故障的主要方法,从而引出了目前比较流行的RSO试验方法并介绍了RSO基本原理。文章最后结合RSO试验方法在600 MW汽轮发电机组上的应用,证明了RSO这种方法判断结果的正确性,并用振动与励磁电流相关性的方法进行了确认。; The rotor winding failure of large generator is a common phenomenon. There are many techniques for checking and testing the rotor winding,especially the inter-turn short circuit fault,but most of them are not so sensitive that it is difficult to identify the fault at its earlier stage. This paper introduces the test method of detection for rotor winding inter-turn short circuit fault. And Repetitive Surge Oscillograph( RSO) technique is also introduced. The principle of RSO is explained simply in this article,and the sensitive detection of rotor fault is verified by a site test of the rotor of a 600 MW turbine generator. In the end,the effectiveness of RSO method is confirmed by the method of relevance between vibration and excitation current.
