中文摘要采用包套密封熔炼和压力加工技术将镁合金制成薄板;用扫描电镜结合能谱分析、X射线衍射和电化学测试等方法分析了镁合金阳极材料在海水介质中腐蚀前后的微观结构、表面形貌及表面元素的组成和微区成分,并组装Mg/CuCl单体电池进行了电性能测试,用排水法测试了放电时的析氢速率。结果表明:采用新工艺制备的Mg-Hg-Ga合金,成分均匀、无氧化夹杂、无熔剂夹杂;在3.5%NaCl水溶液中具有很负的电极电位和适度的腐蚀速率;其组成的Mg/CuCl单体电池当放电电流密度为200 mA/cm2时放电,工作电压为1.326 V,析氢速率≤0.53 mL/(min·cm2)。该Mg-Hg-Ga合金负极材料可用于高能量密度的镁合金电池。; The material of Mg-Hg-Ga alloy was made under the method of seal-molten and the pressure processing technology. The phase structure, morphology, surface appearance, the composition of surface element of Mg-Hg-Ga alloy anodes were studied by SEM, XRD and electrochemical techniques. The Mg/CuCl battery was discharged. The corrosion rat of Mg alloy anode in the discharge was studied by methods of immersed in aqueous medium. The results show that component of the Mg alloy is well-distributed, no oxide mixed or solvent mixed by the new smelting process. The electrode volt-age of the Mg alloy anode in medium of 3.5% NaCl was very negative and the corrosion rat was moderate. The voltage of Mg/CuCl battery was 1.326 V, the corrosion rat of Mg/CuCl battery was 0.53 mL/(cm2穖in). The Mg alloys anode materials would be used to develop Mg alloy battery with high energy density.
