中文摘要The authors investigate the spin-polarized transport through a quantum dot irradiated by continuous circularly polarized light. For the two-terminal dot device, it is shown that sign reversal of current polarization can be modulated for a range of bias voltage. The system thus operates as a rectifier for spin-current polarization. A three-terminal device is proposed to optimize the degree of spin polarization, which can be modulated arbitrarily by polarized optical pumping in the relative large bias voltage and high temperature.
