中文摘要 | Flexible organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) are fabricated on a polymer substrate with metal/organic multilayers of Al/Alq(3)/Al as the cathode. Compared with the control device with the Al cathode, the decrease in the current density and the luminance after repetitive bending is reduced. And more than double the lifetime is achieved for the flexible OLED with the Al/Alq(3)/Al cathode. It is evident that the flexibility of OLEDs can be improved by using a metal/organic multilayer cathode. |
