中文摘要We studied the influences of the compression cycles and the precompression pressure on the piezoresistivity of carbon black-filled silicone rubber composite. The experimental results show that if the load pressure is less than the maximum pressure in the precompression cycle, the repeatability of the piezoresistivity is improved with the increase of the compression cycles. Once the load pressure surpasses the maximum pressure in the precompression cycle, the piezoresistivity of the composite is changed distinctly. The experimental phenomena are explained and described qualitatively by analyzing the changes in the composite resistance under the zero pressure and the slippage of the molecule chain during the compression. c 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
