中文摘要Characteristics of driving performance of piezoelectric bimorph were studied for large displacement piezoelectric actuator. Based on inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoceramics, bending distortion is produced when direct voltage was switched on one piece of piezoelectric bimorph which becomes shorter, and inverse voltage is switched on the other, which is lengthened, under the mechanic freedom and short circuit condition. Large displacement output of piezoelectric actuator is obtained by means of piling up bending distortion from combination of piezoelectric bimorphs. Experimental results show that the output displacement is 200 microns , which is larger than that of nappe actuators under the same voltage. The structural dimension is also greatly reduced. This kind of actuators can be used directly to produce large displacement without displacement amplifying mechanism.
