中文摘要Based on the thermodynamics research, the flow stress curves of 20SiMn under the common production condition of heavy forging was investigated herein, and the optimized range of forging parameters was suggested with the order of refining the grains by dynamic recrystallization. Also, by nonlinear curve fitting and regression on the experimental data, the dynamic recrystallization model of 20SiMn was established. Finally, a method for measuring the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization based on the flow stress curve in metallic material was proposed. Further experiments have showed the validity of the model and the measuring method.
