中文摘要Microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr12W2NiMoVNbN steel, which can be used in USC steam conditions, was researched after quenching in the temperature range 1000~1250 degrees C and tempered at 590 degrees C and 700 degrees C. Microstructure of 1Cr12W2NiMoVNbN steel was tempered martensite after quenching and tempering in the temperature range of 1000-1100 degrees C. When the quenching temperature is above 1150 degrees C , delta ~ferrite can be observed. The distribution and amount of-ferrite will not be changed after tempering. Quenching cracks can be seen when the temperature is above 1200 degrees C. Mechanical properties of 1Cr12W2NiMoVNbN steel such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and reduction of area are not sensitive to the quenching temperature, but so do impact strength. The optimal integrated mechanical properties can be achieved at the quenching temperature around 1050 degrees C.
