多通道视频数据处理平台的设计与实现

中文摘要近年来,计算机处理和存储能力成倍增加,摄像机等光学传感器的性能不断提高,价格却不断下降,从而产生了许多基于多摄像机的应用系统,如基于多摄像机的情感数据采集、分析系统,基于分布式摄像机的大范围视频监控系统等。这些系统的共同特点是视频格式多种多样,需要同时处理多通道同步或异步视频数据流,并应用各种图像处理技术,对其中的部分视频进行深入的分析。但是,目前已有的数字图像处理系统都只是针对单个静态图像进行处理的,而视频处理系统一般也只能处理一个通道的视频数据,并且均不能同步处理视频流的截帧和帧保存,具有很大的有局限性。有鉴于此,本文设计并实现了一个具有多通道、支持多种格式视频数据的处理平台AriesView。考虑到多通道视频、图像处理任务的复杂性,根据可用性设计原则设计了AriesView平台的人机交互界面,提高了平台使用的效率,达到了满意的使用效果。AriesView平台支持多种格式视频流,支持多通道视频同步播放,同时支持多通道多种格式视频数据的同步获取、保存,解决了诸如MPEG-2不公开解码标准中不能解帧的问题。AriesView还集成了各种数字图像处理算法,功能强大,可扩展性强。初步实验表明,该平台能够高效地处理多通道情感视频流数据,实现了帧获取、处理等各种功能,使用效率高。为计算机视觉相关课题的研究提供了一个优越的平台。; In recent years, with the processing ability and storage capability of the personal computers increased and the performance of optical devices being better, their prices decreased significantly. As a result, many multi-camera application systems have come into being, such as the affective data collection and analyzing systems, the large-scale video surveillance system based on distributed cameras, and so on. The common characteristics of all these systems are the diversity of video formats and that they are able to process multi-channel synchronous or asynchronous video data flow at the same time and also need to apply various digital image processing techniques to them in order to make in-depth analysis to parts of the video data. However, existing digital image processing systems are all based on single image only, while most video processing systems can only process single-channel video data, and all of these systems can not process frame-snap of video flow and frame-saving synchronously. In view of this, we present a platform named “AriesView” to process multi-channel and multi-format video data. The design of interaction interface of the platform is consistent with the principles of usability, which enhances efficiency and achieves satisfactory. The platform makes it possible to acquire multi-channel emotional video data with multi-format synchronously, it also solves the problem of extracting frames from some un-open frame-extraction standards such as MPEG-2. Compared with existing video and digital image processing systems, AriesView supports multi-format, multi-channel video and image processing techniques; it can also play video flow and save frames synchronously, all of which are unique virtues among all existing. We take the following comparisons, for example, “Photoshop” and “GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program)” are excellent in single-frame image processing, but it is also their disadvantage, because they can only process digital images. “Adobe Premier”, which is video processing software, can only process single-channel video data. All these systems also have some shortcomings - they can not process video flow and save frames in the mean time, thus, they have restrictions in a large scale. All the restrictions have been solved in the “AriesView” platform excellently. An excellent system should be not only feasible in functionality, but also great in theory. The third part of this paper is the theory of the design of the system. The software architecture of it is a mixture of two classical modes – the Object Oriented Mode and the Layered Mode. The experimental results of “AriesView” are satisfactory, we tested three-channel video and do some key processing, the specifics are illustrated in the fourth part. To sum up, the platform can process experimental data excellently, and bring us conveniences.
