中文摘要A series of fluoropolymer films including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, Teflon R), poly(tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoropropylvinylethers) (FPA), poly(tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene) (FEP) and poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) have been fabricated through vacuum thermal evaporation. Efficient single-active-layer OLEDs with the emitting layer of tris(8-hydroxyquinolino) aluminum (Alq3) have been fabricated by using the buffer layers of Teflon, PFA, FEP and PVDF. The OLEDs with the PFA buffer layer had a maximum current efficiency of 4.46 cd/A. The high performance was mainly attributed to the efficient hole injection through the fluoropolymer buffer layer. Furthermore, the hole current calculated by the tunneling injection model agreed well with the experiment results.
