中文摘要Dye sensitized solar cell are under intensive study nowadays. An important factor that limits the further improving of the overall conversion efficiency is the narrow spectral response of the dye. Co-sensitization is effective on broaden the spectral response and maybe play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency. Co-sensitization with quantum dots such as PbS, CdS, CdSe and organic dyes, can broaden the spectral response and increase the absorption, consequently improve the conversion efficiency. On the other hand, partial electrons will be recombined after they are injected into the TiO2 conduction band. We found out that modification with inorganic oxides such as ZnO can decreases the back recombination.
