| 中文摘要 | 由于石油紧缺,中国能源安全问题日益得到关注,煤化工再次成为投资热点。相对而言,我国煤化工产业还存在技术落后、资源浪费、环境污染、产业结构不合理以及政策体系不完善等问题。因此必须有针对性的对其进行产业调整与改革,根据地方资源优势大规模集约化发展,建立大型现代煤化工产业基地。本文提出了现代煤化工产业基地发展五大思路,并在此基础上以某地区煤化工产业为案例,进行了案例现状分析以及循环经济产业发展规划,为未来大型现代煤化工产业基地建设提供了参考。; In China because of the lack of petroleum,coal-chemical industry has been paid more and more attention.However,traditional coal-chemical industry still has some problems such as lower technologies,resource wasting,pollutions,irrational industrial structure and incomplete policy system and so on.For that,this industry needs to be retrofitted by new development pattern.It is important to build some new modern large coal-chemical industrial bases in different areas in China.In this article,five development thoughts for modern coal-chemical industry are put forward first.Further a case on a circular economy development planning for a large coal-chemical industrial base is studied.It could give useful reference for the modern coal-chemical industry development in China.; 国家自然科学基金重点资助项目(No.20436040) |
