中文摘要大功率电力电子器件和FACTS装置在电力系统中的应用为电力系统提供了快速动态的响应,而根据传统无功功率的定义来计算SVC系统中的无功功率的方法难以满足速度要求,因此本文采用瞬时无功理论来实现SVC系统中无功功率的计算。介绍了瞬时无功理论的原理和SVC系统中瞬时无功功率的计算方法,然后采用滑动平均窗的方法实现对无功功率的检测。在虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW中实现SVC系统无功功率的计算并通过仿真,仿真结果表明算法能快速有效地检测SVC系统中无功功率,为设计SVC中无功功率的监测和控制系统提供理论依据和实现方法。; High power electronic and FACTS devices provide power system with quick and dynamic responses, yet the methods based on traditional definitions of reactive power can not fulfill the demand, so the instantaneous reactive power theory is used to detect the reactive power in SVC system. It analyses the principle of instantaneous reactive power theory, and deduces the formula to calculate the instantaneous reactive power in SVC system, and employs a sliding window to calculate the average reactive power. New method is applied in virtual instrument software LabVIEW and the simulation is finished , the results of which show that the method is efficient in detecting reactive power in SVC system and thus provides application in designing the monitor and control system of SVC.
