中文摘要研究三维有限元分析对于尾部悬吊大鼠骨骼力学性能的评估能力。基于10根尾部悬吊大鼠股骨的CT图象序列,三维重建股骨的几何模型并转换为有限元网格,根据CT值与骨骼材料特性关系设置各向同性和正交各向异性材料特性,施加三点弯曲实验的边界条件进行有限元分析,用最大等效Von Mises应力和总体应变能的结果与骨密度进行回归分析。结果表明,正交各向异性模型与骨密度在最大等效Von Mises应力(R=0.907,P<0.001)和总体应变能(R=0.827,P<0.01)两种情况下均具有良好线性关系。因此,基于CT数据的三维有限元分析可以精确描述骨骼的力学性能,能够用于评估大鼠尾部悬吊实验结果。; This work aimed to study the capability of three-dimensional finite element analysis for evaluating bone mechanical properies of tail-suspended rats.Based on the CT slicers of ten femurs in the tail-suspended rats,the femoral geometrical models were three-dimensionally reconstructed and converted to finite element meshes.The isotropic and orthotropic bone material properties were assigned to these meshes according to the relationship of bone material properites and CT numbers.The loading conditons of three-point bending were appied to those models and finite element analyses were performed.The results of maximum equivalent Von Mises stress and total strain energy were regressively analyzed with bone mineral density(BMD).The results have shown the orthotropic models have good linear relationships with BMD in cases of maximum equivalent Von Mises stress(R=0.907,P<0.001) and total strain energy(R=0.827,P<0.01).So the three-dimensional finite element analysis based on CT data can accurately describe bone mechanical properties and be used to evaluate the experimental results of tail-suspended rats.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(60571013); 博士点基金资助项目(20050003090); 裕元基金资助项目。
