| 中文摘要 | 在最近几年中,新的城市总体规划和控制性详细规划方案层出不穷,人们对文物保护的重视程度也与日俱增,但是这些“上一级”规划在文物保护方面的工作略有粗糙之嫌,而笔者在文物保护的若干实践中发现,有一些问题不是靠文物保护规划这一低级别操作所能够解决的,必须从上一级规划中既采取一些必要的细致的应对策略。; In nearly years, the plan of new city collectivity programming and controlling programming emerge in endlessly. The degree of people attach importance to cultural relic protect increase steadily. But the work of those high-up plan in the aspect of cultural relic protection looks like rough. However the author find some problems could not be settled by lower lever cultural relic protection and programming in some cultural relic protection practice. We must take necessary and detailed measures from those high-up plan. |
