中文摘要考虑到单纯的形貌和低表面能涂层减小摩擦阻力的效果有限,利用铝基底、聚四氟乙烯涂层制备了几种表面形貌和低表面涂层相结合的疏水表面,并应用到水下航行体的减阻实验中。结果表明:具有聚四氟乙烯涂层的微形貌结构的表面接触角可超过120°,形成疏水状态;部分疏水表面在减阻实验中具有较好的效果,比只有微形貌的表面的周期性减阻有了更好的稳定性;不是所有的疏水表面都具有减小摩擦力的作用,偏角的方向、进刀量的大小、形貌的周期等许多因素都直接影响着阻力的大小。; Drag reduction effect of both single topography and low surface energy coating is limited.Hydrophobic surfaces based on both aluminum and PTFE coatings were fabricated,and were applied to drag reduction experiments of underwater navigators.Results show that the contact angle with water of surface exceeds 120�the surface is formed by both PTFE coating and micro topography,and exhibits better hydrophobicity;part of hydrophobic surfaces has better effect in the experiments of drag reduction;the effect of drag reduction is steadier than the periodic one with single surface topography;not all hydrophobic surfaces have the effect of drag reduction,and the magnitude of resistance is impacted by many factors,such as the direction of leaning angle,feed adjustment tank,and period of topography etc.; 国家自然科学基金项目(50475018)
