中文摘要在楔横轧模具钢55Mn表面采用同轴送粉CO2激光熔覆WC-TiCp/镍基合金复合粉末,在增碳、锆条件下可获得成形好、无裂纹、与基体冶金结合的熔覆层。熔覆层微观组织特征为γ-(Fe,Ni)基体上均匀分布的大量从液态析出的富含Ti、W、Zr的复合碳化物颗粒相。熔覆层表层颗粒尺寸约为7~8μm,颗粒数量约为3500个/mm2;熔覆层中部析出颗粒数目约为42100个/mm2,尺寸约为1~3μm;熔覆层底部析出颗粒尺寸约为1~2μm,颗粒数量约为16800个/mm2。中部区域个别析出颗粒相中间出现黑色圆点状组织。激光熔覆后模具钢表面形成3个不同的硬度分布区域,激光熔覆层硬度为427HV0.2,深度1020μm;热影响区硬度为740HV0.2,深度780μm;基体的硬度为250HV0.2。激光熔覆后的硬度分布兼顾了模具使用要求和后续加工。无润滑的环块磨损试验发现激光熔覆处理后的试样摩擦系数降低30%,耐磨性提高一倍。; A continuous-wave CO_ 2 laser was used to clad a WC-TiC particle-reinforced Ni-base composite coating onto a transverse wedge rolling mould steel 55Mn substrate by co-axial feeding nozzle.The experimental results indicate that on the condition of Ni/C,Zr added,the clad layers are metallurgically bonded to the substrate with fine shape and free of pores and cracks.The microstructural characteristics of the clad layers is the homogeneous distribution of a large quantity of in situ complex particles with Ti,W and Zr enriched precipitated directly from liquid solutions on the γ-(Fe,Ni) matrix.The size of particles in the top,middle and bottom area of clad layer is in the range of 7 to 8 μm,1 to 3 μm and 1 to 2 μm respectively,and the numbers distributed in these areas are about 3500,42100 and 16800 per mm 2 .There are some black dots appearing in the center of some particles precipitated in the middle area of the clad layer.Three areas of the different microhardness distribution are formed in the cross section of the mould steel by laser cladding.The microhardness in the clad layer is about 427 HV0.2 with the depth of 1020 μm,in the heat affected zone is about 740 HV0.2 with the depth of 780 μm and in the substrate is about 250 HV0.2. Such microhardness distribution can meet the requirement of the final machining and the mechanical properties of transverse wedge rolling mould.The wear resistance of the laser clad layers is double of that of the untreated 55Mn steel and the friction coefficient between the clad layers and the GCr15 steel standard rings is 30% lower than that between the 55Mn steel and the rings.
